Hours of Operation

SCHOOL DIVISION SCHEDULE:

EARLY LEARNING (INFANT - PRE-K)
     
     Regular Hours:  6:30 AM - 6:30 PM      

PREPARATORY (KINDERGARTEN - SEVENTH GRADE)
    
     Regular Hours:  8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
     Before School:  6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
     Morning Carpool:  7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
     Afternoon Carpool:  3:30 PM - 3:45 PM
     After School:  3:45 PM - 6:30 PM

SOECA Preparatory/Administrative office hours are 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday - Friday

Safety Protocols

Temperatures will be checked prior to ALL SOECA students, staff, and visitors entering the building. Prior to exiting the vehicle, student's temperatures will be checked during morning carpool.

SOECA will follow the school safety guidelines of CDC and BFTS to communicate any pertinent updates.

Students should not come to SOECA if they are unwell, even if they have the mildest flu-like symptoms. If students have symptoms, the school will need to send them home.

SOECA has arranged for additional cleaning of surfaces during the school day. Teachers will encourage the use of hand sanitizer and adherence to the CDC’s 3ft social distance guidance.

Non-essential visitors are not permitted on the school site.
