SOECA Tribes

Our objective with the tribe system is to not only enhance scholars' character development but also to provide them with a sense of community and belonging through enjoyable and interactive activities. Each tribe will consist of scholars from various grade levels, promoting mentorship, leadership, and the exchange of diverse viewpoints. This inclusive environment will encourage collaboration on projects, academic pursuits, artistic endeavors, and sports, catering to a wide range of interests and skillsets with something for every scholar to be able to participate in. Through teamwork and communication, scholars will establish lasting relationships. The ultimate goal of our tribal system is to foster a supportive and lively community where every scholar is appreciated and empowered to achieve their full potential.
