School Board

Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy’s school board is a group of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing a high-quality Christ-centered education to our scholars. Alongside the Head of School, the school board is responsible for setting policies and making decisions that guide the direction of the school and ensure that our scholars receive the best possible education.

Our school board is made up of a diverse group of individuals who bring a range of skills and expertise to the table. They include educators, parents, community leaders, and business professionals who are passionate about Christian education and committed to the success of our scholars.

The school board meets regularly to discuss and make decisions on a range of issues, including curriculum development, budgeting, and strategic planning. At Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy, we believe that a strong and effective school board is essential to the success of our school. We are grateful for the dedication and commitment of our school board members, who work tirelessly to ensure that our students receive the best possible education and that our Head of School and staff are supported. They are as follows:

The Board of Directors serves Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy by setting policies and maintaining the goals of the school. They examine the curriculum for Biblical principles and classical educational appropriateness. It is comprised of five people.  Minus the president, no individual board member has unilateral authority over the school in any capacity.

CEO & Head of School
The CEO & Head of School reports to the Board of Directors and is the administrator of the entire school. Dr. Wallace oversees the management of the school and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, curriculum development, student discipline, and school programs.

3-Star Quality-Rated Early Learning Academy 
The Early Learning Director reports to the Head of School and is the administrator of the early learning academy ages 6 wks-4. Director Santina Yancy-Vaughn oversees the management of the early education academy and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, student discipline, curriculum development, and ensuring age-appropriate programming.

Premier Preparatory School
The Preparatory Principal reports to the Head of School and is the administrator of the preparatory school grades K-6 (including grades 3-6 Knowledge Mall). Principal Jones oversees the management of the preparatory school and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, student discipline, curriculum development, and school programs.
