Application Process

Early Education (6 weeks-Pre-K)

• Submit application and pay $125 application fee

• Request Recommendation Forms (Pastoral/Teacher-if applicable) and upload all required documents

• Request school records (if applicable)

• Schedule on-campus family interview & student assessment

 

 

*Preschool must be 3 years old prior to 10/1 and potty trained.

*PreK must be 4 years old prior to 10/1

 

Primary School (Kindergarten-2nd grade)

• Submit application and pay $125 application fee

• Request Recommendation Forms (Pastoral/Teacher) and upload all required documents

• Request school records

• Schedule on-campus family interview & student assessment

 

*Kindergarten scholars must be age 5 by 10/1

First grade scholars must be age 6 by 10/1

Lower School (3rd - 5th Grade)

• Submit application and pay $125 application fee

• Request Recommendation Forms (Pastoral/Teacher) and upload all required documents

• Request transcripts

• Schedule on-campus family interview & student assessment

Middle School (6th Grade)

• Submit application and pay $125 application fee

• Request Recommendation Forms (Pastoral/Teacher) and upload all required documents

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IF MY CHILD STARTS AFTER THE MONTH HAS STARTED, CAN I RECIEVE A PRO-RATED RATE?

At this time, we are not able to pro-rate tuition.

WHICH GRADES DO YOU SERVE?

Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy (SOECA) currently serves 6 weeks to 8th grade.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?

At this time, SOECA does not provide pickup and drop-off transportation services.

*Please note the we do provide transportation to and from field trips.

IS THERE A BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AVAILABLE?

Yes, SOECA does offer before and afterschool care for preparatory scholars for a fee. Before school care is from 6:30AM-7:30AM. Afterschool care is from 3:45PM-6:30PM.

*Early learning scholars day goes from 6:30AM-6:30PM so there is no fee associated.

ARE UNIFORMS REQUIRED?

Yes, SOECA scholars are required to wear uniforms from grades Preschool-8th grade. Scholars 6 weeks to toddler age are not required to wear uniforms.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A COMPLETED ENROLLMENT APPLICATION?

After steps one through four in our step-by-step guide have been completed, enrollment may be offered, and you will be granted access to complete the application completely online through our portal.

WHO CAN PROVIDE A REFERENCE FOR MY CHILD?

References can be provided by a pastor, community leader, or current/former educator.

DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE ON THE MEAL PLAN?

No, preparatory scholars are not required to be on the school's meal plan.
